Cinco de Mayo was founded in 2002 by Arturo, who immigrated from Mexico with a dream of building a better future through hard work, family, and food. Carrying with him the recipes he learned in his mother’s kitchen, Arturo set out to create a place where honest, home-style Mexican cooking could be shared with the community. What began as a small family restaurant quickly became a neighborhood with a simple dream: to share the flavors of authentic Mexican cooking in a place where everyone feels welcome.
